Vehicle Description:

This coach is approx 40 foot. This is a NICE coach. Personally I would feel comfortable to drive this RV just about anywhere. This RV is easy to drive. We personally drove this coach a few hundred miles with no trouble. This coach runs great, no trouble. Plenty of power with the V-8 Ford 460 carb engine with the 3 speed automatic transmission,C6, with only 9500 miles. The carpet looks good! The previous took good care of this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that works. ONAN 6500 generator in good working condition!! There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric power, 12 volt or house 110 volt. Also in this coach is a water heater and furnace that function properly. This coach is in good and maybe even GREAT shape when you consider that it about 16 years old. No worries or concerns. The tires look good, very good tread, 19.5 inch wheels. The previous owner took pride in this coach. This shows by the current tires. The tires look new to be nearly new. Basement storage. There are no known smells or stains.

There are no known leaks at this time. The skylight over the shower has leaked some in the past. The exterior wall, all walls are good and solid. the interior wall in the bath under the skylight has the wall paper loose from the skylight leak. The exterior wall is fine and solid. If you look in the pics, you can see the wall paper loose, the wall in this area is soft from the leak but outside of this area, this is a very solid coach. If the skylight had not leaked there would not be a problem anywhere. There are no leaks at this time, the skylight has since been sealed and no longer leaks, no worries.

I have a copy of a Auto Check history report to verify. Also, no title problems, no reported damage of any kind, no wrecks, no floods, no rebuilds etc.. If you want to see a copy, email me and I can forward a copy to you so you can verify yourself. This coach can sleep a total of 6. The sofa converts to a bed for two. The dinette converts to a bed for 2 people, tight. 2 in rear bed. Everything works good. Only 9500 miles and only 65 hours on the ONAN generator. This coach has set for a long time, the reason for the low miles.

After purchase of this coach, we had to get it running. Once we got this coach running we checked everything out and to be honest we did not believe the miles were accurate!! Due to the age, the miles will be marked exempt on the title. In South Carolina, any vehicle 10 years old or older will be marked exempt for miles. So, please bid accordingly. No exhaust leaks either. Good carpet, floor is good and solid through out the coach. With the condition of the coach, the low hours on the generator, the general condition, we believe the miles are accurate but again, due to the age the miles are marked exempt, so please bid accordingly. The walls are good and solid, also the roof is good and solid. Back up camara works Hydraulic jacks, one for each corner. Good tires This coach is in great well cared for condition, not worries or concerns, drive this coach anywhere and use it, everything is nice and works good.
