This a great little RV. Dodge 450, 54K Miles, Generator, Dual gas tanks, Air Conditioning, Tow Hitch, stereo w/ cassette player, Awning, Refrigerator/Freezer, 4 Burnier stove with oven, dual kitchen sinks,TV Antenna, Roof Cargo Box, Brand new custom Septic Tank, bathroom with sink/toilet/shower, all new hoses throughout engine, radiator recently flushed, new fuel pumps. Dinette sleeper turns into large King bed which we comfortably slept 3, above cab retractable bunk is twin, can sleep 2 kids. The roof A/C works good. There is slight water damage near the roof vent which could use some repair. Not a big area though. Moving out of state so just don't have time to fix. Tires will need to be replaced if going extended miles. Questions from other members : 73 24" Winnebago Brave Class A Motorhome Item number: 4592123781 Q: Any problems other than noted in the auction? Any problems with the Tranny/Engine? When was the last time you had it out? How long have you owned the camper? Ever towed it it? Are you willing to give a ballpark reserve price? Adam A: There is not any problems with the tranny/engine. We went through it all last spring 2004 when we flushed the radiator. We last had it out labor day. We used it all summer. We could never get the frig to run on electric only gas but when we were winterizing it we found a plug underneath that wasn't plugged in, so that could be why. We only used the unit in the summer, so we have never used the heater. I am assuming it works, everything else does. We never towed anything with it. We have all of the original owner's manuals on it, with repair receipts. I believe we are the 3rd owners. The reserve isn't much, let's just say that the cost of the new septic tank and generator are probably worth more than 3 or 4 times that! Happy Bidding! |
