Hello! I am selling this beautiful 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30B Class A Motor Home on behalf of my parents, who purchased it new last year. They are selling it now due to a change in health which prevents them from using it anymore. They are anxious to get it sold, and have therefore set a very low reserve price relisted without a reserve price!! My father is extremely meticulous when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and has kept it in top condition during the short time in which they had it. Everything is in excellent working order, and the RV is still under warranty. The RV is located in Moreland, GA, near Atlanta. It sleeps four to six people, and is loaded with extra features and options, such as a rear-view camera and monitor system (which is great for parking as well as driving), hydraulic leveling jacks, a power slide-out living room, a deluxe Blue Ox car tow system, and a maintenance-free solid fiberglass roof, to name a few. The fiberglass roof eliminates the constant maintenance and streaking common with the rubberized roofs used on other RVs. The tires are original equipment, provide ample thread and are in excellent condition. Storage features include a spacious basement storage system and lots of upstairs cabinets. The plumbing system has been fully winterized through a special feature which permits rapid winterization of all water lines by siphoning antifreeze directly into the lines. Instant hot water is provided while traveling through a design feature which routes engine cooling fluid around the water heater, thus heating potable water during travel. Living features include a 27" color TV which connects to either the external crank-up antenna or camp cable, a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, queen-size bed, roof air conditioner, power slide-out living room, 15,000 BTU central heat, inside shower w/ glass enclosure, tile upgrade in kitchen and bathroom, outside shower, awnings, built-in grill, AM/FM/cassette/CD/DVD, electric steps,10-gal. gas water heater, generator, 2000-watt power inverter, sleeper sofa, and lots more. The state of the art Blue Ox system comes with the RV and provides very quick connect and disconnect of your tow-behind car. This was used with a Saturn SL2, which towed beautifully. Q: Do you know what this RV cost when it was new? Is it a 1 owner? Do you know what the book value is? Maybe NADA Guides? If it does not sell in this auction, will you consider taking any less? Thanks for your time. Gina Dec-26-05 A: The RV cost $85,991 new, before trade-in. www.nadaguides.com shows the used average retail price for this model RV with these options as $78,800. It has had only one owner. We'll take whatever we can get, but we have a definite offer for $45k, and I believe we have another one for $52k.
