Condition: The exterior is in great condition. As to be expected there are a few nicks, such as rock chips, and some minor scratches, but nothing that takes away from the overall great condition. Other than these very minor blemishes there are no serious dings or dents. This coach has been very well cared for. Other than your expected wear, the interior seems to have been very well cared for as well and there are no signs of leaks in the ceiling.

Mechanical inspection: Our technician has safety inspected and road tested this motorhome for a minimum of 150 miles. The engine, transmission, and air conditioners all operate perfectly, as well as all of the other equipment. All glass on the coach is in great condition. No major repairs were necessary to prepare this coach for sale. We have had a lube, oil, and filter service completed. The tires have at least 50% remaining tread. We have had the coach professionally detailed which includes buffing and waxing the paint and shampooing the interior.
