The funeral of Richard Allen Ballew A Memorial Service for Richard Allen Ballew will take place on Tuesday, December 29, 1998 at 3:30 P.M. at Williams Chapel, Williams Funeral Home, 716 Main Street, Garland, Texas. At the request of the family, Richard will lie within the Williams Funeral Home until the cremation. Following the cremation, Richard's ashes will be taken to his retirement site at the Scott-Ballew Ranch in Texas, where Richard requested to be buried. Richard's ashes will be spread at his homestead in a memorial site to be marked with a plaque. Family Mourning is being observed by members of the family and by their Households up to and including the day of the memorial service. A Book of Condolence is open for signing through the day of the service.
